Sacramento has been adding new art installations in recent years. One of which is dubbed "Subtitle" (by Federico Díaz) which consists of thousands of small reflective disks hung on a frame in such a way that they glisten in the breeze. Located next to the river with a beautiful skyline backdrop I couldn't resist using this location for some portraits.
